How do I return an order ?

Most items at Momma's Closet are, like any other thrift store, sold as is. However, in our attempt to insure that every customer is satisfied we will look at each circumstance on a case by case basis. Custom items can not be resold to someone else so we make every effort to make sure your order is as you requested. Alterations and repairs to apparel and linens made by Momma will be done free of charge if they are a result of our mistake.

Can I request specific or custom items?

We welcome all requests. We make every effort to find what you want used or wholesale. We also make custom clothing, cloth diapers, baby slings, water slings, linens, pillows, soaps, shampoos, perfumes, lotions...Just Ask!!

How can I add to an Existing Order?

If you order has not shipped yet, you can always add to it. Just let us know that you have an order pending by emailing orders@mommascloset.com or leave a comment when placing your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Pretty much any. What did you have in mind? We accept Cash, Check (will be held for 14 days), MO, Bid Pay, PayPal (which includes Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, eCheck), Money Wire, Gift Cards (to just about anywhere), Gift Certificates (to just about anywhere), Barter...

Why haven't I received my items yet?

Has it been over a week and you still haven't received your order? Well, is this for a custom order or a handmade item? Sometimes the custom orders hand made items take a little longer to make so give us about two weeks. If you have not received your order in a timely fashion (two weeks custom items or one week new, used, and upscale resale items) please e-mail momma@mommascloset.com.

How do I donate to Momma's Closet?

Momma's Closet welcomes and needs your donations. We will even buy some items. We will arrange for all pick up and shipping. Do not forget that we barter, too. You can also get paid to be a Momma's Closet shopper or donation collector. Email: donations@mommascloset.com

Are my donations tax deductible?

Although we are working on our tax status we are not currently certified as a tax exempt organization. Please understand that your donations will go to help put food in the mouths of nearly a dozen people and we can often turn your trash into treasure.
