| Momma's Closet was founded on the idea that
you can go yard sailing, flea marketing, and thrift store shopping
online. You can have all the fun and pleasure of finding what you want
without even leaving your home. Even in the middle of the night! We are anchored in the belief that there still can be family owned and
operated 5¢ & 10¢ stores even in today's economy. Best of
all we guarantee that your savings won't be eaten up in high shipping
costs.
But really does this tell you who we are??? Well here goes:
Ever since I was a little girl I found treasures in the trash you can ask grandma@mommascloset.com she will tell you about the stuff I used to come home with. Well, over the years my six kids have put this treasure making ability to the test. Learning to stretch my dollars has been a creative endeavor that I have embarked upon with great enthusiasm. Such enthusiasm that when I recently chose to leave my position as a retail District Manager due to health reasons, I decided to put it to work for me. And for you too! I promise you I will hunt out the best bargains in town for you and when it comes to Upscale Resale you will not believe the treasures I have found. Obviously with six children, being the clearance hunter extraordinaire that I am, my closet is always full, thus the name Momma's Closet. Even as a DM in retail all of my employees called me Momma because I was always taking care of someone. They never understood that I enjoyed finding them $30 shoes for $3, they just figured it was because I have six kids and need to take care of everyone! My children and I have learned how to make soaps and shampoos and sew linens and diapers and clothes and we love it! I have worked out deals on fabrics that you would die for and I will pass that savings on to you. I am not trying to be the next Sam Walton, but I want to share my savings with you and have fun with my children and continue to support my family along with Papa, even though I am no longer working outside of the home.
